Ah! I have seen all curses of poverty,
205
Ah! I have seen all curses of poverty,
The rich of the country put on the man,
Rejecting God’s laws they talk on charity,
Standing proudly before the foolish fan
When witless gets money call it mind skill,
The poor are advised to say all prayers,
Saying this shows no needy helping will,
Poor's sigh cleaves both the hemispheres.
When the rich lose the wit is not snatched,
Now ask him where their wisdom art flies,
Having doubts on wisdom loss is hatched,
How it is done, cannot be seen by our eyes.
Don’t hate the poor their sighs mar face
Hate awakes sleeping sighs bring disgrace
