I by my lines Rose don’t you flatter,

137
I by my lines Rose don’t you flatter,
I write my love in lines to immortalize,
But your false love my faith shatter,
To get earthly fame my fate cries.
Sweet loves fly bitter loves remind,
Of soul on earth full of evils scheme,
Mar nature objects and none to kind,
They are ghosts on earth me seem.
Ah! You’ll read these lines O fair,
You will laugh at my poor willful wit,
That makes immortal our love affair,
Will inter with me in my grave to lit

O lady receive love in my lines gladly,
I leave you forever with sighs sadly.
