Why did you tell a lie to come yester night?
246
Why did you tell a lie to come yester night?
Thus you change my cozy sleep into hell,
But in dream I see your dim pale sight,
Waling side by side I know your nature well,
Lying in love, not fair, you surely ignore it,
It does not injure body, but it injures soul,
And brings dishonor to the lovers’ wary wit,
But beauty witch women’s pretty wit control,
Your immoral actions in public give grief,
But you repent no it I get a heavy loss,
More teases me in lone your shame relief,
All wise know it well what is in the cross?
Love tears: pearls flowing from pretty eyes,
Putting around the neck arms all dead arise
